Let's train together

If you are interested in training with me, please message me via the contact page (also a button directly below that will direct you there) or my email at the bottom of every webpage to schedule a preliminary meeting with me. Include your name, county, age, gender, a brief description of your goals, and some days and times that work best for you.

This would set us up for our orientation, which is where I get to know you and any information pertinent to helping you achieve your goals. This is free and a mechanism to to see if we are good fit to work together, as well as if I am equipped to meet your goals. I administer a movement screening during this, which is a fancy way to say a series of exercises that you would perform that gives me an idea of your capabilities (nothing too difficult or funky). Finally, we talk about what service best fits your goals, cost, and scheduling.

Pricing is Variable

I do pricing based on schedule/travel, equipment available, time, and services requested. For instance, if you do not have your own gym and want to train, maybe my equipment would give you a good workout, but not the best, so there would be a reduction in cost.

I sell these services in packages of 8, 16, 24, and 36. The more you buy, the more of a discount is received. 16 sessions is a 5% discount, 24 sessions is a 10% discount, and 36 sessions is a 20% discount. Payment is done upfront or via installments. Currently I only accept check or cash (and am hoping to change that soon).
